Yakima Q-Tower Replacement Parts
Each Yakima Q-tower needs a Lock Housing and a Retainer Clip to hold the Q-clip in place. As a separate item, we do sell Lock Cores that fit into the housing, if you wish to lock your rack onto the vehicle, but they are not required. Special No-scuff Sticker Pads for the Q-Clips help to minimize scuffing your paint.
Any of these items can get worn out by the weather and sometimes get lost.
They are all very important to keep your rack secure so don't try to use your rack without them.
